There was a staff waiting for us when we arrived at 10.00 in the night. Very helpful and courteous.

Nice large room, spotlessly clean, very couteous staff.
The breakfast room was small but very comfortable. Filling breakfast.
Excellent location, lot of good restuarants nearby and public transport at the door step.
Very good value for money and I would recommend it to anybody who visits Rome.

The check out time was 10.00 a.m and we had our flight at 6.00 in the evening. It was impossible for us to haul our luggage around Rome, when we spoke to the staff, they readily agreed to extend our stay in the room till 4.00 p.m at no extra cost. I was truly impressed.

A small sign on the street frontage would have helpful.

They need a couple of pots for heating bought foopd and a jug more makingf tea. Also a set of breakfast bowls for morning cereal.

Its in walking distance to most of Romes historic sights and it is in the middle of very affordable restaurant choices.

The hook for shower hose was broken so that one had to hold the hose while showering, which is rather unconfortable. Pity, because it would not take much effort to fix it.

Very fresh and clean, with everything one needs. The windows are on a busy street but the sound insulation is actually rather good.
Breakfast is Italian style (lots of sweet stuff), including a very good espresso, and one can eat as much as one wants.

We arrived earlier than predicted but unfortunately couldnt get hold of anyone just to drop of the bags which meant we had to hang around for 2 hrs.

The rooms were immaculate and the finishing touches ie. flowers on the bed was a very nice touch.

The staff allowed us to leave our bags until 7pm with them even though we should have checked out at 10am. This saved us much effort in dragging the bags around on our final day so was greatly appreciated.

One morning we came to breakfast last and there was only one roll left for us and no juice. So i would recommend having more supply for those who eat more thee than others.
Air Conditioning: Never found the remote control or instructed how to use it. One night was very hot so had to open the doors which let the sound in of binmen in the morning.
Positive: staff even put our sun shades down on our windows so that the room would not be hot for our arrival back.
Very secure due to the front gates.

Ideal base we walked everywhere, immaculate rooms and quiet, very friendly staff, homely feel.

On friday morning, very early, it was very noisy with containers or something like that and other mornings there were several lorry's coming and leaving at the backsite of the room. We closed the door and windows as we could not sleep.And a little machine next to our room,in the bathroom made a noice and the whole wall let the sound through.Very cebtral

The noice outside was disappointing. We were not so often on our room, just for sleeping and if there is noice than that is not good.

That there was a safe in the room.
The breakfast was not always as we are used to. It is not a west-european breakfast.

Very central in a good surrounding, but that the noice is disturbing your nightrest.

The room was very nice and clean. Unfortunately it is directly on a main road hence a bit loud and you can definitely only sleep with the windows closed.

The receptionist arrived once we called as arranged but it was difficult to get a SIM card and then phone credit that worked immediately.

Information re arrival omitted to mention the tram that can be caught from the bus referred to in the directions. The tram is number 8 and it can be caught from Largo Argentina to the corner of Via San Francisco de Ripa and Viale Trastevere.

Good location. Near the centro storico and it is a lively place for young people (ie not too crowded with tourists). There is some noise but the outside shutters blocked some of it out.

Our room wasn't ready when we arrived which was a little inconvenient.

This is located in a private apartment building so no reception desk or anything. It is VERY important that you notify them of your check-in time so someone is there to meet you.

The front desk is not staffed, so in order to get directions, and visitor information, you need to go to one of the information booths.

The owner of the building was not very accomadating. There was a kitchen available but it had no pans or pots to use. When we asked for one the owner wasn't willing to get it to us. It was Easter weekend so we had no place to go besides eat in. There was barely any staff through out our stay.

No internet, no kitchen, small breakfast, no 24 hour check in. But nice rooms and good location.

Stayed 4 nights and the sheets and towels were not changed. Breakfast was poor.
Ran out of toilet paper on the second day and there wasnt anyone to ask for a second roll.
The electrical outlet would not take the adapter for the conversion of power for my hair dryer. The hair dryer supplied did not work.
The safe in the room did not work.
The rooms were extremely noisey.

There was no one to check out with. Was told to leave the keys to the rooms in the rooms when we left. Did not see any staff after we paid the full amount of the stay on the first night we checked in.
I would have liked to know where the market, laundry facilites, taxi, restaurants were located..
Would not recommend this B&B to anyone
