• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm until 9pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per person.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, include italian breakfast.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, every room with its own control.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Italian and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Eight, yes there is an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, we provide the room with towels and linens.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, every room have its own private balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, every room with tv.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, every room with its own air conditioning. No charge applied.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There is a Rent a car Agency at 500 mt.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Fiumicino Airport or Ciampino.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, on request
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  10 mt in Viale TRastevere, downside the b&b.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Trastevere railway station, 800 mt.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Colosseo station - 1200 mt.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?

• Is there a restaurant in the Property?

• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
