• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 11.30am, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, it is included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  The heating is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, Polish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  In the building there are 7 floors, BB Rental in Rome is on the 4/5 floors. We have an elevator in the building.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, our rooms are extremely quiet.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We do have non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a TV in the rooms with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, here is a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?

  Yes, we have an Internet Point.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Minutes from BB Rental In Rome (we have tel. numbers and maps).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can organize the pick up service at extra charge.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Just at your doorstep!
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini Station, about 300 m far from our BB.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Vittorio Emanuele station, A line (50 meters).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not but there is a fitness center close by.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
