• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included, and it'is a continental breakfast.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Heating is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes. Please note that we accept credit cards only to confirm the booking but the balance is due by cash.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The B&B is on the ground floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Rooms are quiet and private.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Towels are included.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All the rooms are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  In every room there is TV, but without international channes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is a dining room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, there is not.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Near the B&B there is a car rental office.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Ciampino airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is via Nemorense.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Termini Station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest bus stop is "Bologna" (line B).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  In the property there isn't fitness center but we have an agreement with a fitness center located close to the B&B.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
