We had asked for shuttle from the Airport and he was there when we arrived. Our time of arrival had been delayed and we had notified B&B Laocoonte by email and they were aware of the time change.

They were very kind and helpful and we were able to store our large suitcases for 3 days while we traveled to Florence. They were back in our room on our return.

On our departure, we had to leave very early in the morning and they kindly provided some baked goods for us as we would be missing the breakfast.

The only downside to this location was that it was right across the street from a Vegetable warehouse and vehicles arrived on the street before 6:00 a.m. each morning. Sometimes they were very noisy.

Very Clean, adequate breakfast, very close to the Vatican, the Metro and a very walkable area of shops and restaurants.

I had a Taxi service arranged by the hotel, it is a very good idea to do do.

A very nice place with a great location in Rome, you get what you pay for. It is the minimum required for a short visit in Rome (we only stayed for 2 days. I strongly recomend it as a B&B.

Our stay here couldn't have been better! The hosts were extremely friendly and very helpful. Check in and out times were very flexible: we booked a shuttle from the airport, but were still able to drop off luggage a little early. On departure we left our luggage to collect in the afternoon for a late flight.
The B&B room was very pleasant: quiet inside, and there was little noise from outside. The air-con was very welcome in August too!
We would have no hesitation in recommending this place to any friends/relatives (we already have!) and would certainly consider staying here again ourselves.

Girodano and Hiromi were great! They greeted us on arrival and were happy to answer any questions we have.
I'd recommend booking an airport transfer with them as it helped us to avoid all the hassle of finding a taxi -etc-

It recommend the B&b Laocoonte to anyone!
Although the accomodation was basic (exactly as we expected), it was clean and comfortable.
The staff were extremely helpful and couldn't do enough for us. They were even happy for us to contact them on their mobile phones!
We expected to have to get taxis to the historical centre of Rome, but thanks to Hiromi's directions, we saved our money and were able to walk everywhere. Had we not walked, we would've missed all the beautiful little side streets and delicious restaurants.

We had a great visit to Rome, our hosts were very helpful. The driver for the car was exactly were they said he would be and was very polite during the drive , answered all our questions.

Comming from a small city in Canada, we were suprised by amount of graffitti in the City of Rome. But it did not detract from our stay. Our hosts help with direction, tours, etc. Great job!

The B&B is perfect for the busy traveler/tourist. Hiromi, the host, is delightful and very helpful. They have a hearty breakfast that is brought to your room each morning. It is quiet and located in a safe part of Rome. The subway station is also quite proximal.

My Mom and I absolutely loved staying here. We had stayed at 4 other B&B's in Italy and this one by far went above and beyond all expectations. The owners were amazing and helpful with anything we needed (including a driver to the airport). Definitely will stay at this B&B every time we are in Rome.

They are very kind. They did advice of sightseeing and a meal carefully.
The room is very clean and is comfortable brightly.
Furniture of tree is comfortable.
A floor is very wonderful with marble.
The bathroom is cleaned neatly and comfortable.
All the institutions are well-kept and can feel at ease.
If you go to Rome, I strongly recommend laocoonte!!!!!!

The only problem I had was that I didnt know how to look for the ringer. It should be noted that the B&B is in a big condominium type of structure with a lot of other home owners. Look for the button for B&B Laocoonte and you should be fine

It is a simple B&B. However, Giordano and Hiromi really make it one that I would not hesitate to stay at again.
We had stayed at another B&B during the start of our trip and really wished we would have booked with Laocoonte.

When we arrived from the airport later in the evening there was someone there to meet us and helped us to settle in. This was very helpful.

We received smaller room than ordered but it was OK and compensated by the price reduction.

Very close to Vatican so you can be at St. Pietro within 10 minutes. Also close to the METRO station. Rooms small and on the first floor so a bit noisy.

The owners were great! Really helpful with advice on best tours to do and where to eat dinner etc. They were really friendly and answered all of our questions, booked our tours and provided advice on best and cheapest way to reach the airport when we left. The room was lovely and very clean. We chose a room with a shared bathroom to cut costs and the shared bathroom was spotless! The location seemed a little dodgy when we first arrived but that was late at night...when we walked around the next day we realised it was a handy spot, close to the Vatican Museum and the Metro, so very handy. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone!

I don't know how difficult the B&B would have been to find from the airport as we paid for the 45 Euro transport. After seeing how the Metro worked, I would just save money and use it in the future. Just take the Metro to the Vatican stop and you are about a block and a half from the B&B.

Staff were very friendly and spoke fairly good English. The bed was a bit on the small and hard side, but at the price it was a decent value. We were within walking distance to the Vatican City and a Metro stop. It was easy to get around the city from the B&B.

Clear and friendly introduction to the accomodation

The accommodation was as I expected, I have no complaints about my stay, just some observations which the staff were aware of

Air-con noisy throughout and shower was cold for first few days but staff fixed once brought to their attention

A flat converted to bedrooms, clean and well managed. Keys were stiff in main door lock and took some working to open the door.
