  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The price is per room.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Yes, the breakfast is included.
  • Is heating included in the price?
    Yes, the heating is included in the price.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes, you can pay the bill on arrival.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    English and Italian.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    There are 2 floors but there is not an elevator.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    The room are very quiet and they are surrounded by the garden.
  • Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
    The linens and the towels are included.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    No, there do not.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    Only one room has a balcony.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    All the rooms are no smoking but you can smoke in the courtyard.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    There are Tv in all rooms, but international channels are available only in the common room.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    No, there is not.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    Yes, there is air conditioning in every room.
  • Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
    Yes, there is.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    Yes, Internet point is in the common room.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No, there is not.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    Yes, there is a parking available inside the property on request.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    You can rent a car in the airport or in the railway station Termini.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    The nearest airport is Fiumicino Airport.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    Yes, there is on request. The service costs 50 euro and it includes the transfer for 4 people.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    The near bus-stop is Monte Mario station.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    The railway station is Ostiense.
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
    You can reach Valle Aurelia by FM 3 urban train in about 5 minutes. You can take it from Monte Mario station.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No, there is not.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Yes, they are welcome on request.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    No, there is not.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    You can connect only from the common room.
