• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Buffet breakfast is included in the prices, we don't have a breakfast room but we serve breakfast in the lobby. Guests can choose their meal and have breakfast in their own room.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Payment is required upon arrival. Although we accept credit cards and it is required to guarantee the room, we prefer cash upon check-in.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 5 floors, our rooms are on the 1st one and there is no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The Hotel is very quiet.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is an LCD TV with 20 channels including the international ones.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is, it is seasonal and included in the price.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not have but we do have Internet access from the rooms.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a private parking nearby the hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  The train station is approx. 600 mt far from the Hotel. There you can find some car rental agencies.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest Airport is "Fiumicino" (35 km far from the Hotel).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We do have a Limousine service for and from the airport.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In front of the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest raiwlay station is "Termini Central Station".
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest metro station is Cavour (B line).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, but there are some fitness centers close to the hotel.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but there is a very good restaurant close to the hotel.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
