• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is indicated per room and per night. Also is included in the price the daily cleaning.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The breakfast is included in the price and is a rich and huge Italian Breakfast.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, heating is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  The settlement is upon the arrival after the guest receive the key.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  The language is English and a little bit of French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We are in the ground floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the rooms are very quite, modern and confortable.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  The towels of the bath are provided by us.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The rooms haven't any terrace but only a private garden in front of each room.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  They don't have any balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  The rooms and the apartment are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  The Tv is in each room.We have a decoder Tv.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  We don't have a telephone in the B&B.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  In each room we have a individual air conditioning and there is no extra chare.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  The dining room is the same of the breakfast.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  At the moment we don't have an Internet point in the apartment.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  We don't have a swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Just near by we have a garage, at payment,for our guest.
• Where can we rent a car?
  On the main street you find a car rental (5 minutes walking).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  We are in the hearth.Both are near to us.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes we have a private shuttle service to and from airport.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In the front of the building.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Just 2 minutes walking.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  At 2 minutes walking we have the Metro Line B, piramide stop.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is fitness centre.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, pets are not allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is no restaurant in the property.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you cannot connect the modem from the rooms.
