• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 10.30am until 6pm, Check Out before 10.30am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room, and include tax and service.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  We do not serve breakfast, but we have an agreement with the Bar "Il Sipario" on Via Sistina n°141 for a special price of a classic Italian breakfast (croissant and cappuccino).
  
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes,you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We are located on the second floor and there is no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are some private, romantic rooms, but all overlook the street.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All of our facilities are entirely no-smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a TV in the rooms, but there are not international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is no air conditioning, but we have fans in each room and is included in the rate of the room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not have an Internet point in the Property,but is one on the Barberini square (5 min. walking distance).
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a private parking at about 20 minute from us.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Most car rental agencies have offices right off the the via Veneto, which is within walking distance from us.
  
• Which is the nearest airport?
  There are two airports in Rome: Leonardo da Vinci (Fiumicino) and Ciampino. Both are about 30 km from the center of Rome.
  
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We have a private pick-up taxi service from both airports.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is Piazza Barberini.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest train station is Termini, two metro stops away, or about a 15 minute walk away.
  
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Our location is on the Piazza Barberini, just 2 minutes from the Barberini metro stop.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Sorry, no pets.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is no restaurant in the property.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
