• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 11am until 10.300pm, Check Out before 11am.
  NOTE: the check-in is in our reception office in Viale Manzoni, 29 (500m from the B&B). We are open from 9:00 to 22:30.
  For very early/late arrivals we need to know your cell phone contact and your exact arrival time when you confirm your reservation. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, French and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We are located on the first floor and we have an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The rooms are quiet and private but not romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, we have a TV with satellite channels in the rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is no telephone in the rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  We have air conditioning, it is included and it is not seasonal.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, we do not have a dining room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car at a car rental office in town or at Termini railway station.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Ciampino.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is located about 5 minutes walk from our property.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini Station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Out nearest subway stop is San Giovanni, Line A, 300 metres from our bed and breakfast.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
