• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In any time, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The cost published is always per suite, not per person.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included and is served on request.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, but we need the credit card details to fully confirm the booking. No charge will be made unless of a late cancellation or a no-show. In these cases, the first night cost will be charged on the card.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Our reception is able to speak: Italian, English, French, German, Dutch and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has 5 floors and a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes. Our suites are all quiet and romantic, but the penthouse suite is the best one, with its panoramic view on St. Peter's and the rest of the city.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Most of the suites have no balcony. Except for a suite on the 4th floor and two suites on the fifth floor, which offer a little space outside. The real terrace is part of the unique Penthouse-Suite.

  Most of the suites have no balcony. Except for a suite on the 4th floor and two suites on the fifth floor, which offer a little space outside. The real terrace is part of the unique Penthouse-Suite.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, each suite dispose of its own direct telephone and satellite tv.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes. There is no extra charge. It is available all of the Year.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, on the Reception floor.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There is a complete sporting center, with two olimpionic swimming-pools, just a few minutes walking from our Residence.
• Is parking or garage available?
  One of the parking available is 5 minutes far from the Residence.
• Where can we rent a car?
  We dispose of an excellent private limousine service.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  45 minutes by taxi. 30 minutes by train from Termini main railways station to airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  It is 50 mt from the Residence.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini main raylways station - 5 minutes by taxi.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Line A - BARBERINI stop - About 50 meters.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, on request.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes. The connection is ADSL and is free.
