Even though we arrived 2 hours late,Barbara made us feel very welcome !

Barbara was very helpful and made us feel at home right from the start and that's how we felt ! The place was exceptionnaly clean, very comfortable and the breakfast were way above average !

Place is very nice and quiet. Perfect to relax after a long day of visitng. We would not hesitate one second to recommend Barbara's place to any of our friends !

The open-air dining room that breakfast was served on every morning was absolutely gorgeous!

Barbara and her husband were very charming and helpful. The rooms were right out of 'Architectural Digest' exquisetly decorated yet very warm and inviting. We couldn't have asked for lovelier surroundings to come home to after a hard day of sight-seeing!

The Barbara B & B could be better sign posted, that is the only criticisim (maybe she could put a sign up near the main entrance in the street)

Barbara was very accomodating allowing us to leave our bags in the appartment all day whilst we did more sight seeing (our flight wasn't untill the evening)

Like staying in a friends beautifull appartment, she really looked after us, ringing taxi's for us and recommending local restaraunts ect.

Barbara wass v ery gracious and hospitable.
She showed us our rooms, which were spotless and beautifully decorated, and then gave us keys, a drink, and made us feel at home.

The breakfast was delicious - yogurt, fresh fruti and fruit juice, coffee/tea and a variety of rolls fresh from the bakery.

Conveniently located approximately 20 minute walk to Vatican. Beautifully decorated, crisp and clean, I would go back in a heartbeat.

Barbara and Giulio operate a warm and welcoming bed and breakfast for the traveler to Rome. Their home is lovely, and they were extremely accommodating.

The location is a little bit out of the way, about a 20 minute walk to the subway, but I viewed that as more positive than negative, because it was nice to come 'home' to a quiet place.

Not all taxi drivers knew how to get to this location. That was the only inconvenience. So people should have a good map with them to show the driver.

The place was amazing. The owner was extremely helpful, assisting me way beyond the call of duty. I would recommend this place 200%.

My only suggestion is that a sign or something be placed outside the complex so that the b&b is easier to locate. We had a hard time finding the exact building.

The place is very nice and friendly and cozy. An excellent place to stay. The only thing that would have been nice would have been a phone that the guests could use. We had to go to a pay phone normally.

Could be more clearly indicated where to find the entrance to the appartment building of Barbara's B&B as there are more buildings in the complex.

Great loggia and common living area! Pity the hot water runs out after a few people have taken a shower though:(

We would like to have paid by credit card, but the only option was to pay by cash. We knew about this in advance, so it wasn't a problem, but in the future I would recommend including an option to pay by credit card.

There are cats that visit on the balcony. I love kitties, but if someone else has allergies, this may be useful information for them to know in advance.

Barbara is very friendly and made us very much at home in Rome. The accomodations were excellent! It's a bit of a hike to get into town to see the sites, but a great way to work off all that delicious Italian food.
