• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 11am. After request the timetable can be changed. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room with taxes and breakfast included.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, breakfast is included in the price. It's served in the living room or in the terrace and it is a very rich Italian breakfast.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, heating is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, if you want.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French, Italian and English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The House is located on the 4th floor and there is a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the rooms are very quiet and romantic. The white room has a four poster bed.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  We provide them.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  There is a big covered terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, there is a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All the rooms are non smoking. Guests can smoke in the terrace.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, but no Sat TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Each room is equipped with air conditioning without any extra cost.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, there is not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, there is a PC with High Speed connection that can be freely used by the guests.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Just under the building there is a private parking that guests can use with an extra cost. Otherwise you can park your car on the street for free.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There is a car rental 500 meters away.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Fiumicino "Leonardo da Vinci".
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  On request we can arrange it for you at special prices.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest one is 250 meters away.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Via Cipro stop (Line B) is 500 meters away.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, but there is a Pc with high speed connection that is only for guests use.
