• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 10.30am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The quoted prices are per room, per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast, which can be served both in the general dining area, and in your room, is of the highest quality. It consists of fresh bread, a selection of jams, tea or coffe and fruit juice.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can. However, if you settle the bill on departure day upon check-out, eventual extras will be included with room charges, too.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Fair English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We are on the seconf floor which can all be reached by elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The Emanuela bed and Breakfast Is located in a rare quiet street of Rome. All rooms are rather quiet and private.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  The lines and towels are provided: the daily cleaning and linen change complete the immage of quality.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Sorry, there is not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Sorry, there is not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All rooms are non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  In the rooms there is TV (but not satellite TV).
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All rooms are air-conditioned, this is included in the daily room rate.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is. We have a general dining area.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we have not an internet-point.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  If you are arriving by car you can park easily in the underground car park at 41 Via Bixio, or the multi-storey car park in Via Giolitti (Parking Giolitti), about 200 metres away.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Cars can be rented at the main railways station "Termini" which is within 5 minutes walking distance from our B&B. At the Termini station you will find the offices of the most important car rental agencies.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  There are two airports in Rome: Leonardo da Vinci (Fiumicino) and Ciampino. Both are about 50 25 km from the centre of Rome.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Transfers by private car to and from both airports can be arranged on request. Rates depend on the number of people.
  
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The closest bus stop is 50 metres away, numbers 105 and 14. Tram number 3 is only 200 metres distance.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Emanuela Bed and Breakfast is located in 5 minutes walking distance from Rome main railway station Termini.
  
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Vittorio Emanuele line A.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Sorry, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Sorry, no pets.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, we only serve breakfast. The B&B is very near a wide range of bars, restaurants, pizzerias and supermarkets.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Sorry, it is not possible.
