• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 8am until 1pm, Check Out before 10am. If you want to check-in during the night we have a supplement of 25 Euro. If your check in is during Saturday and Sunday we need to know before your arrival time. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices are per room all included.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, Continental Breakfast is included.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Three foors and we have a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all our rooms are quiet, private and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, we do not have.

  No, we do not have.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes the all Relais is not smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, all rooms have a TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
