• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  It is possible, but normally the bill is settled at the check-out.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German, Spanish and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The Hotel has seven floors and one lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, every room.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes on request.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All rooms have air condition and there is not charge. On winter time works the heating.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, but in each room you can connect.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  The hotel has a special agreement with a private parking lot.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At reception.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Fiumicino Airport, approximately 35 km far away. Ciampino Airport, about 25 km far away.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  The Hotel arranges private transfer on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  At 200 m from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  500 m from the hotel Termini train station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest underground stop is Repubblica at it is located at 350 m from the Hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No,sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
