On arrival we phoned Il Baffetto who collected us at the Airport.
No problem

We had a very nice time at Il Baffetto. The room was very large, comfortable with everything needed, very clean and very quiet. The owners were most pleasant and kind. No problem getting into Rome with the bus. We would recommend it to everybody who likes to visit Rome and sleep in a quiet, peaceful surrounding with very kind hosts.

It should be stated more clearly that it is close to Rome, easily reachable by bus in a short time. Also that it is very good value for money as compared to Rome prices.
It is very quiet and clean and the people are most friendly.

We are going to recommend it to all our friends that are going to Rome. We had a great time. It is a lovely place and no comparison to some of the other Rome hotels which nearly all have bad reviews either about the noise, the breakfast or the insufficient bathrooms. All this is not the case at Il Baffetto

We were picked up at Roma airport and found finding their car rather confusing for a family very tired and with young children - perhaps the driver could come in?

This is an excellent property, made all the better by Monica, the owner who was enormous help to us. She was esp. resourceful in securing a rental car for us and directions to our next place of stay.
