• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Reception opening hours are: from 9:30am to 5:30pm monday to friday, from 9:30am to 2:30pm in the weekend.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included in the price. Customers will receive a voucher to have breakfast in a nearby café.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  We ask for the payment at guest's arrival, after the check in.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, French, Spanish and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Wrh Trastevere is set on the first floor of a 4-storey building without lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our rooms are provided with double glazed windows.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All our rooms are smoking free.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All our rooms are provided with LCD TV with cable TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All our rooms are provided with telephone with direct dialling.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All our rooms are provided with air conditioning.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, there is not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  All our rooms are provided with laptop and free Wifi connection broadband.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Garage available at 200 mt.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Rental service at about 500 mt.

  The nearest airport is Fiumicino.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We are able to organize pick up services (extra charge).
