• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 3pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, if you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Italian, Japanese.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has 3 floors.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, the house is very quiet and private.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, and from October also there is sat TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, but it's possible take Cellular Telephone Hire (on request with extra charge).
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is without extra charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, but you can park on the road.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Termini Station or at the airport.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Fiumicino and Ciampino.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we have not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Just 200 m from the property.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini Station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Line B, Circo Massimo.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  On request.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
