 Aventino House is a lovely apartment, bathed in light, in the historical centre of Rome, just a few steps away from the Coliseum. There is room for up to five people (if needed, another bed can be added). It consists of a room with a double bed and a child's bed, a large living room with a couch-bed for two as well as a single bed. The well equipped kitchen and there is a bath with shower. Air-conditioning, washing machine and dishwasher, TV, safe, reinforced door are included. All of the rooms have a parquet floor. Linen will be changed once a week. The apartment can be rented on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. |

At walking distance from the apartment you can easily reach the characteristic Aventino area with it's colourful food market and cosy little pubs, restaurant, and trendy discobars. You also find nearby a commercial area for shopping, banks, post office ecc. |
