• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 1 pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Buffet breakfast is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There is a ground floor a first and second floor. There is no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the rooms are very quiet.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Only 7 rooms have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Only 5 rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Each room has a satellite Tv with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, from May to October there is air conditioning at no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  In the front square there is an ample public parking lot.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can reserve your rental car at the reception desk.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Leonardo da Vinci (Fiumicino) at 25 km. Ciampino at 30 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The closest bus stop is with Bus 175 in Via delle Terme Deciane.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Rome Ostiense is the closest.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Circo Massimo - line B is the closest with a five minute walk.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Sorry, they are not.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
