• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from midday, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is self-catering: you will have a fully equipped kitchen.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, bill must be settled on arrival (cash only).
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian and English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are five floors, the apartment is on the third floor, and we do have the lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there is a very quiet flat.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, linen and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, it does not have.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, it does not have.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, apartment is non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a colour TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, 2 parking places are available(Villa Borghese parking and Ludovisi parking) few meters away (extra cost).
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Villa Borghese Parking you will find AVIS, HERTZ, NATIONAL.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Ciampino or Fiumicino-Leonardo da Vinci airports are around 30 km from the apartment.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  If you wish we can book your airport pickup service (at an extra cost and only on request).
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  There are several bus stops in Via Ludovisi and Via Veneto.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini railway station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  "Spagna" or "Barberini" (metro line A).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry pets are not welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
