• At what time can we check-in and out?

  The price is per room/apartment, per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Continental buffet breakfast is included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Heating is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  We prefer you settle your bill upon check out.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We have a multilingual staff.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has 5 floors and there are 2 elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are quiet.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  We provide linens and towels.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  We do not have rooms with terrace or courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some rooms and apartments have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  There are both no smoking rooms and apartments.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All our rooms and apartments are provided with satellite colour television.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All rooms and apartments have direct dialling phone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All rooms and apartments are equipped with air conditioning.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  In the hotel there is a breakfast room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  In the hotel there are 3 high speed internet access stations.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  The swimming pool is open from June to September.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Free parking is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  80 metres away from our hotel there is Avis rent a car desk.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Leonardo da Vinci at Fiumicino (25 km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We do not provide shuttle service.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is at 80m far from our hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Stazione Aurelia, 3km away from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest underground station is "Cornelia", 1.8km away from the hotel. From Cornelia subway station you have to take bus n. 889.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Not in the property, but at only 80m there is the St.Peter's SPA, a health and fitness centre.
• Are pets welcome?
  No pets allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  In the property there is no restaurant.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Modem connection is available in the rooms (with surcharge).
