  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 9am until 7pm, Check Out before 10am.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    Per apartment and number of people that accupy it.There are also special price for the week.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Breakfast is not inclused in the stay is offer by the Residence and is a rich buffet breakfast.
  • Is heating included in the price?
    Yes.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Is possible to seattle the bill on the arrival, but before to leave if there will be extra expensies such phone call have to be paied at the check out.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    Italian, English, French and Spanish.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    We have two building both of them of 3 floor (if we consider the ground floor of 4) then we have elevator in both of them.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    Yes, there are.
  • Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
    Yes, they are provided.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    All the apartments have terracies or garden.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    All the apartments have terracies or garden.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    No.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    Yes.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Yes.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    There is air conditioning in the main bed room, we don charge extra fro use it.
  • Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
    In all the apartments there is a dining table or a little dining room.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    No but if the guest will need for a short check we will let them use one of ours computers.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    Yes, but is a fee-payment parking.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    The reception can contact a rent-a-car service on demand. It is also possible to rent a car at Fiumicino/Ciampino Airports.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Fiumicino Airport, in between 30 and 40 minutes.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    Yes but is on payment.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    At Aurelia Street, 150 mts from the residence.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Termini Station.
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
    Ottaviano metro stop, at 15 minutes walk from the residence.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No. In our apartment de luxe there are on bath jacuzzi and one shower jacuzzi.
  • Are pets welcome?
    No.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    No. nearby us there are several animals.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes is possible.
