Rome city tax (which applies to stays on or after 1 January 2011) is not included in the price: EUR 2,00 per person, per night (up to 10 nights) will be charged and collected directly at the front desk. The tax does not apply to children under 10 years of age. Parking is not included in the price and costs EUR 12,00 per day or EUR 50,00 per week. | Cancellation Policy | |
We will charge 20% of the total amount on your credit card as refundable deposit. Cancellation Policy: 16 days prior to arrival-no penalty. 15 days prior to arrival the penalty is 20% of the total stay, 2 days prior to arrival-60% of the total. You CAN NOT CANCEL your reservation if you selected and booked a room marked as "PREPAID / NOT REFUNDABLE": the total stay amount will be charged on your credit card before your arrival.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 360 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
