• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 10am, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is served in a nearby cafè, please ask at the reception for your daily voucher.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has 5 floors. We are on the second floor. There is a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is air conditioning in all rooms (no extra charge).
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  You can surf in the Internet from your room (each room is equipped with a pc with ADSL line, at no extra charge for you!).
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, parking nearby the hotel and also a garage (extra charge).
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can ask at the reception desk.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Ciampino.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, on request (extra charge).
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In Via Piave.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini Station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Repubblica stop, metro line A. From there on foot take Via Piazza delle Finanze, turn left in Via Goito, cross via XX Settembre and you reach Via Piave. 800m.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No fitness centre in the property, but in all rooms you will find the shower equipped with vertical hydro massage.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, but only small pets.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
