 The apartment is located on the fourth floor of the building and shares an entrance way but is totally self contained. The apartment features a bedroom, living room, bathroom and kitchen. The living room has a small dining area at the end of it equipped with a modern table with four chairs, there are also two large comfy sofas and one of these can be made in to a double bed as there is a pull out one inside it. |
 The room offers guests Sat TV, air conditioning and is decorated with white coloured walls and dark wooden flooring and features a few patterned rugs. There is also a large window in the living room letting the room fill with ample natural light and offering a view of the city. The kitchen is a white coloured one with marble work tops and features an oven with four hob rings, kettle and coffee machine. |
 It is equipped with all the cutlery and cook wares one would need to prepare dinners. The bathroom is equipped with sink, toilet and includes a bath with hand shower only. Upon your arrival guests are met by the owner who will give guests the keys so they are totally independent during their stay, the owner speaks some English and will try and help field any questions that you may have. |
| The Apartment Auditorium is located in an ideal position just a few tram stops from the Spanish Steps and the Fontana di Trevi and he Piazza del Popolo is just a few minutes walk away at the end of the street. Only 200 metres away is the Auditorium "Parco della Musica", at 200 metres is the Palazzotto dello Sport, 500 metres is the Stadio Flaminio and 500 metres away is the Museo Di Arte Contemporanea di Roma. The local are also houses many restaurants and Pizzerias, bars and cafes as well as shops. |
