• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, breakast is not included.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Central heating and air-conditioning are included in the price and you have the option of asjusting it.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Payment is required upon arrival. We prefer cash upon check-in.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Claudio, who is the manager of the apartment speaks English, and French fluently, and as a native Roman, who has travelled extensively, he enjoys speaking international languages.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The apartment is located at the ground floor of a small 15th cent palace.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The whole apartment is very quiet and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Fluffy, white towels (shower and face towels) and clean linens await you and are changed weekly.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The apartment has no terrace or courtyard, but you are located in a most picturesque alley where cars are not alloued,yet in the medieval district of Rome.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, the rooms do not have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  In the living room of the apartment is a Satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  In the apartment is a telephone free for local calls.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  In the apartment there is air conditioning included in the price.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  In the apartment there is a large dining room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, in the apartment there is broadband internet connection 24/7 at no extra price.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is no swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Parking and/or garage are available close by the apartment at reasonable price.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You may rent a car all around the city.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Ciampino airport is the closest one.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No we do not have a shuttle service.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Bus 23 and tramway 8 are the closest.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Trastevere RR station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest subway stop is Circo Massimo that is less than 1 km away from the apartment and it can be reached by a very pleasant walk through the Circus Maximus and the Rose Garden that in springtime is a unique view.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes one of the bathrooms has a Jacuzzi type shower.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but there are plenty of wonderful restaurants right close the apartment.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes you can connect the modem.
