• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, buffet breakfast is included in the night accomodation and it is served on our well known panoramic Roof garden Restaurant on the top floor.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German, French, Spanish and Japanese.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  6 floors, we have 2 elevators
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, rooms with view available, too.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, some rooms.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, satellite TV in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, all year and free of charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, it's available a garage (45 Eur per day).
• Where can we rent a car?
  The reception desk will provide it.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Fiumicino 30 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Shuttle service from Fiumicino Airport, free of charge.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In front of the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini railway station is about 3 km from the Hotel.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest stop is about 300 metres far.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, small ones.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
