• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: anytime after 12 am (or before if a room is already available and with no extras).
  Check-out: before 11.00 am, a 1 hour extension is normally accepted with no charges if requested the day prior to check-out.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Our price is allways per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is allways included. It is a continental breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You can settle the bill anytime prior to departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English ,French, Spanish, Russian, German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has 3 floors and we have an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  We have quiet and private rooms, however if you are looking for something very romantic, we suggest you to search within other properties of the Romeby.com circuit.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, some of the rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, all the rooms have a Satellite TV- Some British, American and European channels are avaible.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All the rooms except the singles have air conditioning. There are no extra charges for this.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Sorry, no swimming pools.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, a garage is available at 10 euros per 24 hours for cars up to 4.50 mt.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car from here in the hotel and decide to have it here or go to pick it up at the rail station.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Ciampino (CIA) is 20 km and Fiumicino is 35 km away.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  A shuttle is available at low rates but you must book it in advance at airportshuttle@airportshuttle.it (english spoken).
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The BUS 310 Stop is at only 50 mt far from the main entrance.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest one is Tiburtina Station (the 2nd station in Rome) the main one which is Termini is at 1.2 km.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The closer subway stop is Policlinico at about 500 mt from us.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Sorry, no fitness.
• Are pets welcome?
  Sorry, no pets accepted,
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Sorry, no restaurants in the Property however you can find several restaurants in the area.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
