My hostess, Signora DiPeco was very friendly
and helpful. I located the name of the
apartment on the doorbell directory. I did
receieve verbal instructions on how to gt up
to the apartment in Italian, but I had
studied some and so understood the
instructions. It would be helpful to tell
people unfamiliar with apartments to look for
the doorbell and to expect to be let in by
'buzzer.'
I greatly appreciated the airport pick-up
arranged for me, but more detail on exactly
where drivers will meet arriving passangers
would be helpful since many travelers will be
unfamiliar with Fiumicino Airport. It would
be helpful to say, 'Pick up your bags and
leave the baggage area toward the airport
transportation area outside. A person will be
waiting for you with a name card.' By the
way, my name was badly misspelled, but I
recognized it anyway. The driver did not seem
to recognize the name: Rome B&B, but he did
acknowledge the address on Viale Giulio
Cesare.
...
The double windows gave me welcome quiet
nights. The location was great. The
accomodations were as advertised and as
agreed to. I would absolutely recommend this
B&B to family and friends. Be sure that
American travelers are not under the
impression that an American 'continental
style' breakfast is provided. Also, I did not
know that I would be given only one
opportunity to express my preferences on the
breakfast provided. It was the same every
day. I did not mind that however. You might
provide directions to the fabulous bakery a
couple blocks away and the wonderful outdoor
market near the Vatican/Cipriano Metro stop
if folks want to supplement their breakfast.
My only disappointment, and it was minor, was
that I could not turn the plasma TV on.
...
No one was present the morning I checked out.
I simply left the keys on the kitchen counter
as I had seen other guests do.
Since I never saw my hostess since my check
in, I did not know how to arrange an airport
pickup for departure. It would be helpful to
arrange for that at check-in. My daughter and
I found a service on line and booked with
them. The cost was 28 Euro, less than I paid
for the arrival pickup which was 35 Euro. I
was expecting a vehicle marked with airport
transportation signs, since it was not, the
driver waited for me longer than necessary.
The service called my cell phone to tell me
which car waiting in the street was for my
pickup. This was not a big problem, but might
be for less experienced travelers.
...
You could emphasize that the double windows
offer quiet city nights.
...
This was a clean and bright place to relax in
after a busy day in Rome. The owner is
friendly and helpful and the apartment
location is great for easy access to many bus
lines, metro lines, an open market and many
wonderful places to enjoy Roman cuisines.

Great location in the city centre.
...
The breakfast was not very good. No fresh bread or fruits, no cheese or ham, only 'sweet breakfast'.
...
I would expect more for breakfast for 100 euros.
