• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 11am until 8.30pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The given prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included. It is an Italian breakfast.
  
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We are on the 4th floor and there is an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, rooms are very nice and elegantly furnished in Italian style.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, but there are several sun terraces (200 square meters) where you can enjoy our hospitality and socialise with other guests.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, but in the rooms there are big windows.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All our suites are NON SMOKING however we do allow smoking in certain designated areas.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a TV in all rooms. We do not have "pay-TV" but we have the satellite.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, at no extra charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, but we have a special convention for Lunch and Dinner with the restaurant "Peppino & Carlo", downstairs, in the same building. There you can enjoy the Italian best cuisine.
  
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Private parking (on extra charge).
• Where can we rent a car?
  Nearby.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Fiumicino "Leonardi Da Vinci".
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  At your disposal (for a small fee) is our Chauffeur who can collect you from the airport or station when you arrive.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In front of the entrance of the building.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini Station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Policlinico stop, metro line B; the stop is 20 metres away from us.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, but only very small pets.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but for lunch or dinner we have a special link with the restaurant "Peppino & Carlo".
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can connect from all rooms because in each of them there is a PC.
