  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.

  Buffet breakfast is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You can settle your bill on arrival or on departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Our reception staff speaks English, Spanish, German and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has four floors and there are 2 elevators in Hotel.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?

• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All the rooms have satellite TV and Pay TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?

• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is air conditioning in the rooms, it is free of charge and seasonal.

  Yes, parking is available.

  At the Europcar in Via Sardegna (Via Veneto).

  The nearest airport is "Leonardo da Vinci" (Fiumicino) airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we don't have.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest one is in Via del Babuino (20 mt).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  It is The Termini station (2 Km).
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest metro station is "SPAGNA" , far away 50 mt from the Hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  We have a small fitness center with Gym, Sauna and Turkish bath.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  There is a restaurant in Hotel.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can connet your modem with high speed connection.
