 The accommodation allows the exclusive use of all the apartment. Satellite colour television, HI-FI system, a wide range of CDs and videotapes and Air Conditioning are among the facilities. The apartment is on the ground floor of a building located in a quite private street: you can park your car for free in front of the entrance floor. |
 There is a room with equipped kitchen and a table with chairs where you could dine all togetherIndependent. Central heating, electricity, weekly change of linen and towels and weekly cleaning are included in the price. On request we could organize a pick up service from the airport: A driver will wait for you at the arrival gate and lead you to "Art and Breakfast" Studio. |
| From "Art and Breakfast" apartment all the major historical and artistic sites in the centre of Rome are easily reachable even at foot (the Coliseum for example with a ca. 20 minutes walk), or alternatively, for the "laziest" ones, in a few minutes with a bus: in particular, the subway/underground (line A) stop "Re di Roma" is very near the house (20 metres). The line A underground reach in few minutes the Central Termini Railways Station, Piazza di Spagna Station and Ottaviano Station near San Pietro and Vatican City. Shopping facilities, typical Italian and Roman restaurants, coffees are easily reachable on foot. |
