I can say that we did make it to the Hotel with just minimal difficulties, but it is not an easy place to get to with a car with all the one way streets and parking.

Everyone was very nice and helpful and when we used public transportation they gave us instruction to give to either the bus driver or cab driver in Italian to make it easier for us.

No problems, three minutes maybe

If they have a car it is still on the outer part of the city so you would not have to drive very far into the city to get to it and public transportation was easily available

The pictures on the website from the hoterooms seemed to be bigger than the small rooom we had. but it was clean and nice. Only the bathroom was very small...everything else was exactly as on the website.

Although we had the rooms we had booked, one of our group who had booked a room for 3 people was in a room much smaller than the other rooms that were for 3 people. This was unfortunate, and there was no possibility of changing. However, they were given a discount and were satisfied.

Very, very clean hotel, rooms light and airy, and service very good indeed. Free internet access was an excellent bonus, which kept the kids happy all week!

A clean, comfortable hotel, situated on a convenient bus route into the heart of Rome. Friendly service, very helpful at all times. We would not hesitate to return again to the same hotel.

I did not understand from the website that the hotel was so far from the center of Rome.

Though I made a reservation to 'twin bed room',the room they provided was 'double bed room'.

The sound of next room was very easy to come to our room. so noisy..

The staff organized a car to the airport as I requested. They were really polite and helpful.

The hotel has two buildings,the one is very far from the reception & entrance. Our room was at the one as avove,everytime we had to walk 2 or 3 minutes and that was not convenient at all.

ARS Hotel is really modern and clean, but the wall is extreamly thin. It's not suitable for staying with your boyfriend!!
But,all of the staff is friendly and polite,the value is acceptable.
If I can stay at the larger room with bathtab,I would stay there again, maybe..

The sign at near hotel is confusing:
they guided us for a long run to reach the hotel since they are for who drives a vehicle...

The only pity is that Ars may need to prepare power supply adaptors for people from US so that they are able to use their laptop in rooms.

The room was tiny,its ok for a couple of nights,but not for a longer period for two people.Room was on a first floor.The biggest problem was the noise when other guests leaving early in the morning.Also shower in the next room and upstairs room was very loud.
Very positive was the breakfast:best breakfast
you can imagine,very large choice.
