• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 12.30pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, an Italian breakfast is included.
  
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The B&B is located on the first floor and there is a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, the rooms are really quiet and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are provided and we change them every 3 days.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  One room (flowers) has a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All roons are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is television, without international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not a telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning, at no extra charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, in two rooms, called "Fiori" and "Fontane".
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not have an internet point.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not a swimming pool in the property.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is paid parking near the B&B.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Termini railway station, only 400 meters from the property.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest aiport is Roma Fiumicino.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we have it at extra charge (from the airport to the B&B, 40 EUR, one way for 4 people).
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  At Termini station, only 400 meters away, there are all bus stops.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini railway station (400 Meters).
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The underground A and B are only 100 meters from the b&b.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, unfortunatly they are not allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you cannot.
