| Rome city tax (which applies to stays on or after 1 January 2011) is not included in the price: EUR 2,00 per person, per night (up to 10 nights) will be charged and collected directly at the front desk. The tax does not apply to children under 10 years of age. All older children or adults are charged EUR 20,00 per night per person for extra beds. |

| Cancellation Policy | |
In caso di cancellazione oltre i termini o di mancata presentazione verrą trattenuta la prima notte. Si informa che deve essere comunicato l'orario di arrivo per garantire il check-in. Si accettano solo pagamenti in contanti. In case of no show or late cancellation one night will be charged on your credit card. Please note that you need to communicate your arrival time in order to have a smooth check-in. Only cash payment accepted.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 120 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
