• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 10.30am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is normally per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Italian breakfast (cappuccino and croissant) is included in the room-rate.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Central heating and air conditioning are included in the room rate.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, Spanish and Roman.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We are on the groundfloor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  There are very romantic rooms.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided and included in the room rate.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do no thave, but there is a courtyard outside the house.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not have.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Color TV in each room with satellite channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  There is a telephone in the B&B, local calls without charge.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There are air conditioning and central heating in the price.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, there is not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  A garage is available at about 5 meters from the house, daily rate, depends on lenghts of staying and car type.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the train terminal "Termini", there is a section where all the main rental car companies are located.(HERTZ,DOLLARS,AVIS, etc.etc), we do have all the numbers!
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Fiumicino (main one), 30 km.
  Ciampino, 25 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Of course, it is not included in the room rate, but we do offer a taxi and minivan service at an extra charge.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Bus 170 and 23, line H and tram 8 at about 100 meters.
  Many others in Viale Trastevere and along the Tiber.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Trastevere railway station is at about 500 mts.
  Shuttle train from the main airport Fiumicino has a stop there, before to reach the main station "Roma Termini", which is at about 2 Km from the Arco del Lauro B&B.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
