Rome city tax (which applies to stays on or after 1 January 2011) is not included in the price: EUR 2,00 per person, per night (up to 10 nights) will be charged and collected directly at the front desk. The tax does not apply to children under 10 years of age. The appartment offers also an Internet point, a fridge and a Coffea corner available for free at all times. daily room cleaning, freash towels every 3 days and italian breakfast are included.

| Cancellation Policy | |
Any cancellations should be made at least 2 weeks prior to arrival date otherwise: before 48 hours 1 night stay fees will be requested /after 48 hours 2 nights stay fees will be requested / at the arrival day the entire stay will be requested.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 360 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
