• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in time is Midday, but you can leave your luggage at the hotel in case of prior arrival. Check-out before 11:00 am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, it is included and it is a continental breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, Spanish, Arabic.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have 5 floors with elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, we do have very quiet and nice rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some rooms have a small balcony with view over the roofs of Rome.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning at no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?

• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?

  Parking is available at extra charge (nearby).
• Where can we rent a car?
  Just ask at the hotel reception.

  Yes, on request.

  At 150 meters Termini subway stop.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?

• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
