It is a perfect apartment

We did wait a 90mins for somebody to come to check us out, in the end we went back to the htel next door and they assisted us with check out, luggage storage and a taxi back to the airport.

An amazing apartment, in the best location. At first it seem to be in a little side street but the street is always busy so no need to be worried. perfect size for the 4 of us and most comfortable bed ever!

The shuttle service was on hand when we arrived the driver was courteous, helpful and veryvery attentive - he pointed out sites of interest as we arrived in Rome. Construction and narrow streets made it difficult to access the apartment but the driver made every effort to get us as close as possible and we appreciated his effort.

We had a great stay at the apartment it was neat cozy and well maintained.

Check out was no problem - the time was flexible and suited our schedule.

Because we were only looking for a two night stay - it is important to state if there is a minimum number of nights.

The location was great - it was clean, neat and secure. Someone was available to check us in and provide instruction on access and operation of utilities.

The ubication of nAVONA apts. was wonderful but let clients know it īs very noisy during the evenings, sometimes you coudnīt sleep. I would specify this issue. Itīs wonderful for young people (Iīm 40,, and I wanted to rest).

Centric, strategic situation. Itī's quite cheap for the wonderful ubication you get, but donīt go If you have sleeping problems. Too much shouting.
I think that with a little inversion in bathtoom and bed linen and a little decoration the room would 'win' a lot.

We waited 2 hours for someone to arrive to let us in the apartment - even though I had sent TWO emails stating our expected arrival time. After one hour I used my UK cell phone to call the office to be told she would be there in 15 minutes. 15 minutes later a member of the hotel staff next to the apartment came out to tell us that the person meeting us was delayed! Not a very good start to the trip!
When we were let in the bed was still to be made BUT was clean and most pleasing!
On the whole we were very pleased with the accommodation, just a little annoyed at the waste of time at arrival.

Glad we had the apartment at the back as there was little or no noise. Think the other apartments may have been noisy.

I arrived late on a Sunday evening and feared that I wouldn't be able to access the apartment. The restaurant owner next door noticed my arrival and called the person who was inside waiting for me. It was very good service.

My only concern is that the kitchen was not furnished with suitable flatware or a basic coffee pot. There were no spoons, only 1 regularly sized drinking glass and no wine glasses.
Please note on your website that while the area is centrally located to everything, it is very noisy - at all hours of the day and night.

Location, location, location. It is perfect for walking to all major sites, but beware of the noise factor. This is not a place to stay if you want to sleep in. The neighborhood goes to sleep very late and wakes up very early.

Novana Apartments were so lovely to stay in, they were in a great area and close to everything, Claudia was extremaly nice and very friendly the apartment was very clean and a great size, we had stayed there for 5 nights but the only thing that i was unsure about is that the bins were not changed or the towels we had stayed there for 5 nights and maybe i wrong but i tought they would be changed because there was no other way for me to clean them or dry them. Other then that i had a great stay there and would use you again.

Checking out was no problem it was very clear were you had to put the keys when you left. but if you have a late flight and you want to have a last look around your beautiful city you can't bring your suit cases with you because its to big so to leave it some were safe in the apartment block would make your customer feel comfortable about leaving their personal stuff behind for a few hours.

letting customers know that there is nowere safe to leave their luggage for a few hours before they go home would be helpful.

I would let them know how close it is to everything and how clean it was and a great size too and very easy to book it over the internet.
