• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, breakfast is not included.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No, heating is not included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  30% is due upon reservation. The remaining 70% is due upon arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Italian and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Viale delle Mura Aurelie: They are on first\second floors with elevator.
  Via Laurina: The apartment is on the second floor.
  Borgo Vittorio: It is on the fourth floor (with lift).
  Via Ottaviano: It is on the second floor (with lift).
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The apartments are quiet, cosy and charming.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens, soap and shampoo are provided.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, there are not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a TV but not satellite.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Telephone with ADSL connection.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Air conditioning in all apartments.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the station.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Ciampino/Fiumicino.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Available on request.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not but there are many nice restaurants in the surrounding areas.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, ADSL connection available in all apartments.
