 This is a very privileged location for a hotel in Rome, since every major monument and tourist attraction is easily reached by a short walk or by taking one of the many transportation options on the Termini. A Rome hotel with the service you need, near cafe's, restaurants, and car rental across the road! The Vatican, the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona are all no more than 15 minutes away from the hotel on public transport. The Opera, the Santa Maria Church and the Colosseum are all within short walking distance from the hotel.

Ancient & Old Rome: Our three hour tour is offered every day, and covers all the well known sites of ancient and old Rome, including the Colosseum, the Roman Forum, the Capitoline Hill, Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, and Piazza Navona. While the city is breathtaking on its own, these sites are best seen with an experienced guide who can breathe life into its complex and fascinating history. Our professional and experienced guides are not only trained to educate you about history, politics and architecture, they are actors who give you a sense of the real life and times of Ancient and Old Rome (in all of its bestial, dark, and lustful glory) through theatrical and humorous presentations. For the three hours with us, you will play on the stage of ancient Rome--as Gladiator, Emperor, Slave, Vestal Virgin, Senator, Merchant, God/Goddess, Citizen of Rome! Vatican City Tour: Our three hour tour is offered several times a week and covers St. Peter's Basilica, the Vatican Museums, and the Sistine Chapel. The Vatican is one of the most interesting and breathtakingly beautiful sites in the world, but it can be a bit overwhelming to the average traveler. Our guides will take you to some of its major attractions, as well as to some lesser known spots, and give you a broad base for understanding the history, architecture, and politics of the Vatican. But don't think that the Vatican is all gold and pomp and stateliness--its history is full of dark tales of deceit and even lust! You will get a taste of it all: the nitty gritty and the high and mighty, the dirty politics and the ethereal beauty of Renaissance creation. A world of discovery awaits you, and we are excited to take you there. Please note that a dress code is enforced at St. Peter's, and visitors with exposed shoulders or knees (and this includes shorts) may not be admitted.
Night Tour: Similar to our classic Ancient Rome tour, this three hour adventure will cover the Colosseum, the Capitoline Hill, Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, and Piazza Navona. It includes an overview of the entire Forum area, including the Imperial Forums. The night tour allows one to experience the romance of Rome as the sun is setting, and it is a wonderful way to witness its beauty under lights. The guides are both skilled and knowledgable. This experience is guaranteed to put you in the right mood for your evening festivities. |
 Bike Tour: Our 3 1/2 hour bike tours are offered several times a week both in the afternoon and evening. Guided by talented, knowledgeable and experienced guides and bike riders, the tour covers a great deal of ancient, old, and modern Rome. Sites covered include Villa Borghese, Piazza Del Popolo, Piazza Venezia, the Spanish Steps, the Mouth of Truth, the Colosseum, the Mausoleum of Augustus and much more. It is a fun tour, guided and narrated with humor, and also a pleasant way to get a broad view of the city. As opposed to a walking tour, where you are limited to a relatively small area, the bike tour offers the opportunity to take in many sides of Rome--new and old--while riding through some of the most beautiful scenery in the world.

Jewish Ghetto & Trastevere: Discover the real Rome on our newest three-hour walking tour. After you have seen the Colosseum and the Vatican, take a break from the crowds, escape the traffic and explore the backstreets of the historic center that most tourists do not even know exist. Join us on a leisurely stroll through the Jewish Ghetto and Trastevere area, starting from Largo Argentina and the Senate House where Julius Caesar was murdered, then across Tiber Island to Campo de' Fiori, once the site of executions during the Inquisition, today, one of the city's most lively piazzas. On this tour you will get a chance to see the hidden ancient city below the modern street level, and as Rome was not built in a day, a little bit of every time period in between, from Medieval to Renaissance to Baroque.  Catacombs & Roman Countryside: By bus and by foot, our guided tour will take you beyond the city walls: through the ancient tunnels of Rome's catacombs, along the rustic Appian Way, and under the arches of the aqueducts of antiquity. Enjoy a three hour tour that provides a unique perspective on ancient Rome, in an environment that you have never seen in the city center.
Our bus will take you from the start of the Appian Way, and continue to the southern edge of ancient Rome. With our tourguide, you will make three stops along the way, giving you an opportunity to walk the ancient Roman countryside, explore the underground catacombs, and examine the masterful structure of Rome's remaining aqueducts.
The Catacombs of San Sebastiano, Catacombs of San Callisto (location varies by season) and the Tomb of Cecilia Metella, along the Appian Way, Remains of Rome's Aqueducts.
Caravaggio in Rome: His intriguing character and the dramatic light effects in his paintings have made Caravaggio one of the most talked-about, "trendy" old masters of our time. Born near Milan and raised among the Milanese rich and famous in the late 16th century, Michelangelo Merisi da Caravaggio did most of his work in Rome, leaving some 16 paintings here for visitors to see today. In addition to taking visitors to see the most important pieces around the city, this guided visit will also cast light on Caravaggio's tumultuous professional and personal life in Rome, bringing you to the scenes of true stories as shocking and dramatic as his paintings themselves.
