• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 2pm until 10pm, Check Out before 11am. Check-in could be flexible. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in and we will let you know if we accomodate your needs. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Our price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, breakfast is not provided.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, heating is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak Italian, English, French, and some Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a five-story high building. There is an elevator. There is a short ramp of stairs to get to the elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  There is a courtyard that belongs to the building.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a TV with Italian channels and MTV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is air conditioning in the apartment. From June till August is at extra charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, but there is an Internet point just across the street.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, it is not.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car at your arrival at the airport.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Fiumicino.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nesrest bus-stop is at 50 mt from the apartment. (bus 170 to and from Termini Station)
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Trastevere Railway Station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  To reach the nearest metro station Ostiense, you have to take bus line 3. The bus stop is just across the street.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, they are not.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but there is a fully equipped kitchen.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
