• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 7.30am until 8pm, Check Out before 10.30am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  There isn't breakfast, but when you rented the apartment is provided with coffee, milk (including rice and soy), fruit and cereal biscuits typical Romany, extra virgin olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  4 floor, no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  There is a very big terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  There is a terrace only.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, it's free.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  There is a cooking area with Microwave.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At airport, at train station or close to apartment.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Fiumicino Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, but in Largo Argentina is the taxi station, taking the line 8 can reach the Trastevere station where you can take the train that leads directly to airport.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Largo Argentina.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini Station and San Pietro Station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Piazza di Spagna.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
