• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-In till 9.30 pm - Later arrivals have to be communicated.
  Check-In on Sunday till 10 am no later.
  Check-Out before 10 am.
  Check-Out before 10 am Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is for a room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, continental breakfast.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There is elevator in the building and the house is on
  the second floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all rooms.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linen and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  2 rooms have balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, please advise if you smoke.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  There is no direct dial phone in the rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Only on request there is air conditioning.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No.
• Where can we rent a car?
  It is possible rent a car less than a one block away.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Approximately 30 minutes by taxi.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Via Vittoria Colonna or Piazza Cavour less than a block away.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Piazza di Spagna or Flaminio Station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
