• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment but varies with the number of guests.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, breakfast is not served.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, we ask for payments on arrival by cash.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has two floors but the apartment is located at the first floor only. No lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The rooms are very nice and romantic the area is very lively so it is not adviced for people who like very quiet places!
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  They are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a TV but with Italian channels only.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is but only in the bedrooms. There is no extra charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, the living room is very spacious.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, off street paying parking or private garages.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At both airports.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Fiumicino airport (25 km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Piazza Sonnino.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Trastevere railway station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  There is no metro stop nearby.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
