• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2p.m., Check Out before 11 a.m.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Our prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, a rich continental breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has 4 floors and we have an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all our rooms are very romantic and quiet!
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, some rooms have a terrace. Please specify if you prefer a room with terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, some rooms have a balcony. Please specify if you prefer a room with balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Our rooms are all provided with Sat/TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is and it is included in the price
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not but you can surf the Internet directly from your room with your own laptop.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have an agreement with a parking situated very close to us (via Ludovici). It costs about € 18 per day.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Ask the reception for this service.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  We are located between Fiumicino and Ciampino airports.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, there is not, but there is a fast subway service from Fiumicino airport. Catch the line A in "Battistini-Ottaviano" direction until "Barberini" stop. We suggest you to catch a taxi from Ciampino airport.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is just in front of the hotel in via del Tritone.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is "Termini".
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest underground stop is "Barberini".
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not, but we have an agreement with an excellent restaurant in front of us called "Ristorante Tritone".
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can surf the Internet from your room with your own laptop.
