  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    Check-in: from Midday until 9.00 pm
    Check-out: from 8.30 am until 11.00 am.
    For check in or check outs at different times please contact the desk in advance.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The price is per room.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Yes, basic breakfast is included in the price: bread, croissant, orange juice, cofee, milk, chocolate, butter, jam, cornflakes.
  • Is heating included in the price?
    Yes, it is.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    You can settle the bill on the arrival and until the night before the day of departure.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    Languages spoken are English, French, Spanish and Greek.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    The building where are located the rooms has 3 floors and no elevator.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    Yes, all the rooms are very romantic and quiet.
  • Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
    Yes, linens and towels are provided.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    No, they do not.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    No, they do not have a balcony.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Yes, we have.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    Every room has a cable TV.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Yes, there is.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    Every rooms have heating/air conditioning included in the price.
  • Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
    Yes, there is a breakfast room.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    No, we have not.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No, there is not.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    Yes, it is available at 5 minutes from the property.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    Near the station (10 minutes on foot).
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Rome Fiumicino (the main one) and Ciampino.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    Yes, on request.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    Just out of the door.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Termini Railway Station, Rome main station.
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
    At 5 minutes walk, at the end of our street, there is the stop "Cavour" (line B-1 stop from Termini line A).
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No, there is not.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Yes, they are.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    Yes, there is the wine bar downstairs, and our restaurant 5 minutes on foot.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes, it is possible.
