It was perfect !

The owner was extremely kind... we checked out @ 10.00am however he kept our luggage safely stored thus allowing us to enjoy our last day in Rome and collect the luggages prior to our evening flight.

The flat is typical Italian... high ceilings and very safe....

We had a great time in Rome!
The apartment was safe, clean, welcoming and central. The owners were extremely helpful and friendly.

A really sweet girl met us - waiting outside the door and took a great deal of trouble to ensure that we understood everything.

We realised that it was not going to be very smart as the price was competetive. I would unreservedly say that it was very good value for money and compared most favourably with the more expensive accomodation that others who were going to the same wedding had taken nearby.

Some tiles in the shower are lifting and should really be resecured - pity if they felt on someone's toe!
It would have been nice if there had been a soft chair in the 'office' area where I could have drank my expesso (provided by the owner's machine) whilst my wife continued to pretend to be asleep.

We were looking for an inexpensive centrally located cool room which had a window rather than noisey airconditioning. We did not want to have to climb endless stairs to reach it. We were not interested in the style of the furnishings but it needed to be clean. We found it.

On arrival Giorgia was very polite and helpful. She gave us lot of information about getting around in Rome and what to do during our stay.

The apartment is basic, but very clean and centrally located. It is in a perfect location for getting about in Rome, and even for 4 adults there was enough space. We were withing walking distance of all the sights. It was brilliant to be able to stay in such an historic part of this ancient city. It is in a safe location - we would stay here again!!

I was delighted that the apartment was so central to all the main tourist attractions in Rome.

Georgia was extremely pleasant,helpful and very professional. A welcoming gift had been left on the diningroom table, which was lovely.

Georgia was very helpful in arranging that we could stay in the apartment until late in the afternoon as we had a nightime flight from Rome.

Express bus runs from the train station to directly outside the door of the apartment.
Emphasise how central the location is, very short walking distance to all majot attractions.

Strongly suggest that guests take a cab from the airport or the train station. The property can be a little difficult to find the first time there, and the buses can get a bit crowded, especially if you have luggage. The train station is only about a mile from the property.

We had a wonderful time. The apartment was just what we expected. Giorgia was very nice, and we loved the location.

The owner of the property was very nice and helpful with getting us directions for places to eat. She also provided us with additional directions prior to our arrival for reaching the property by public transport.

The shower needed help. the curtain was torn and too short to keep the water from running all over the floor of the bathroom and there were no additional linens (towels or bathmats) to wipe it up. We only had 4 towels and 4 hand towels. We ended up using one of the hand towels to clean up. The mattresses should also be replaced. And a couple of extra pillows would have been appreciated. There were only 4 pillows and they were all extremely thin. My family ended up folding jackets and putting them under the pillows to elevate thier heads.Privacy was great, location was great, there was plenty of room. It was clean. There was significant road noise - buses all night long - but based on the location there is no avoiding that.

It was located in the middle of Rome - easy access to public transport, restaraunts and sites. Take ear plugs if you are a light sleeper and take extra pillows and towels you might need them.

We enjoyed our stay. Very convenient and close to the sights, steps away from the bus stop, near markets, many shops and restaurants. It was the ideal location and we felt secure. We would definitely stay there again!
